In the case of a debit/credit/prepaid card transaction, we are entitled to request confirmation of the transaction from the cardholder's bank. In the event that we receive a negative response or no response at all, we are entitled for security reasons to cancel the order and return the amount of the transaction to the customer via his credit card (cancellation:void or return:refund), without any other obligation.
