When the products are sent by courier or by our means in the prefectures we serve, you can pay in four ways:

5. How can I return a product?
You can return a product at our company's expense if:

•The products you received are considered defective upon delivery

6. What are the shipping methods?
Small devices are sent by courier and for purchases over €35 shipping is FREE nationwide. For purchases under €35, special fees apply based on size and weight. See the table here. (in "here" add the link of the shipping methods)
Orders of large appliances within a radius of 20 km from the city of Livadia are shipped FREE of charge with our own truck. For the areas within the prefectures of Viotia, Fthiotida and Fokida beyond the radius of 20 km, we send your orders with our own truck, but at a cost of €15 + €0.30/kilometer.
For any other region of Greece, apart from the above prefectures, the products are sent with a cooperating transport company and their delivery is made on the pavement.

7. What are the product pickup options?
You can receive the products you have ordered completely free of charge and within one hour of completing your order from our physical store in Livadia.
In addition, you can pick up your products, especially large appliances, completely free of charge from the pick up point, Meleti agency, the next working day from your order.

10. What is a shopping cart?
The shopping cart is the place where you can find all the products you have added to the cart and wish to buy. From there you can either add more pieces or remove a product that you may have added by mistake.
